They're fucking making a movie about Nietzsche. I have so many mixed feelings about this movie. I still want to watch it, though, I'm anxious for it to be released. I really hope they don't fuck him over. Armand Assant is playing his role. I'm happy about that, I like him as an actor. Katheryn Winnick I believe is playing Nietzsche's love interest, she's a total fucking babe, you might remember her from "Satan's Little Helper".

Yeah, it's going to be a romantic movie, which is understandable, because love played a huge role in Nietzsche's life. I really hope they don't fuck this up. I wish they wouldn't have thought of making a movie about, involving, or in anyway portraying him... unless it was on either the History Channel or A&E Biography Channel.

Fuck.

This is way past due, but about a month or two ago the little Mrs. and I went to go see Vader and Destruction along side Kataklysm and Graveworm. Needless to say, I was elated. Kataklysm was awesome and Graveworm blew me away; I'd never seen them before, but they definitely made a fan out of me, that's for sure. I look forward to seeing them again later this year.

Destruction, however, is among my favorite thrash bands and played an amazing fucking set, not to mention long, with all my favorite songs, so by the time Vader come on I was at a high. Vader took me even higher. Those motherfuckers tore that shit up and ended with one of the best renditions of "Raining Blood" I've ever heard. I am at work and don't have much time to write this out so, if you want a better description of my experience, go read the comment I left Gordo about a month and a half back... although with the amount of comments Mr. Popularity's gets, that will take some sorting through.

end transmission, biatch!

    <lj:music>Danzig - Blood and Tears</lj:music>

i hate christianity and die hard stupid christians who just read too deep into things and take stuff out of context. i read about a bunch of stupid christian anti-rock crap propaganda in which they spoke of the obvious influence of satanic rock and mention some shit i actually didn't know about certain bands/songs, for example "hotel california" by the eagles:

One of the top songs of the 70's was "Hotel California" by the Eagles. Most people have no idea the song refers to the Church of Satan, which happens to be located in a converted HOTEL on CALIFORNIA street! On the inside of the album cover, looking down on the festivities, is Anton Lavey, the founder of the Church of Satan and author of the Satanic Bible!

i found it to be pretty neat to read and see just how flustered this person got while writing the whole thing. i did think it was pretty cool to learn about things i didn't know about before like the aforementioned ditty about hotel california, but sometimes they just took it too damn far. christians seriously need to develop a sense of humor, they take jokes too serious. they display just this by making refference to when the red hot chili peppers said "FIRST OF ALL we want to thank Satan . . ." when receiving their award at the 1992 MTV Music Awards. then they do something so ridiculous as to say that the POWERPUFF GIRLS, i repeat, the POWERPUFF GIRLS are in some way related to satan and some sort of satanic message. what crap. you know what i have to say to all of it? just this:

"If you're looking for a Saviour/ Then I've got the trick/ Christsycle/ SALVATION ON A STICK."
-"Christsycle" by Coven

that song is just too damn funny.

    <lj:music>Black Flag - Damaged I (Dez Cadena on vocals)</lj:music>

so i decided to just give in to temptation and get a myspace account as well. the sole reason for it, other than the constant badgering from people like mike hooker, george, and heather, was simply because while heather described it to me, she mentioned that in the profile thing there was a section for movies. i love movies and figured "hey, might as well share my favorite movies with others." so, there you have it, i got a myspace simply to share my movies, and to top it off, i blanked when i got to that section! oh well, add me, if you haven't already.

well, today sucks, looks like i'm not going to the alley after all. it's a quarter to 9 and i have no ride to the show. this is bullshit. today was a nothing day gone to waste and full of disappointment, the only time i enjoyed myself was on the phone earlier. oh well, at least getting to see heather tomorrow and hopefully having her sleep over will make things better.

    <lj:music>Up Front - Our Best</lj:music>

i noticed yet another awful line in that song "sunshine" by lil' flip. along with the whole " 'cause a nigga like to eat spaghetti, shrimp and steak" line which rhymes with absolutely nothing in the song and pops out of nowhere, he has a another line that follows the previous one with "...girl, i adore you. i'll treat you like milk, do nothing but spoil you." what the hell??? who purposely spoils milk??? what a complete and utter moron! this goes to prove that you need not be good nor clever to be a rapper (well, this and pitbull's career... i mean really, how could someone like him have actually blown up?), simply being able to rhyme words at the end of sentences and a good beat is sufficient. fuck lil' flip, he has a stupid name, too. i should challenge him to a rap battle using the handle B.I.G. Somersault and sing about snakes and the chupacabra. piece of shit music industry. piece of shit audiences.
